The VTS Operator Basic Training 103 is intended for those interested in working as operators for Vessel Traffic Service (VTS) in ports. The course is generic, held in a classroom with simulator support. The license for performing the duties of a VTS Operator will only be provided upon completion of the On the Job Training.
